Bloomberg in favor of Stop and Frisk

A speech made by Michael Bloomberg in 2015 has surfaced where he details his defense of stop and frisk.

Michael Bloomberg is a prominent businessman who is running to be the democratic nominee for President in 2020.

There are other speeches that have surfaced since that include Bloomberg stating that minorities are pulled over by police way too little and whites way too much.  In his statements Bloomberg also states that while stop and frisk intentionally targets minorities at times, cops must follow through on it because minority kids must be “up against the wall” to not be taken as a threat.

He continues to say that, “Ninety-five percent of murders, murderers and murder victims fit one M.O. You can take a description, Xerox it, and pass it out to all the cops.  They are male, minorities, 16-25.  That’s true in New York, that’s true in virtually every city.  And that’s where the real crime is.  You’ve got to get the guns out of the hands of people that are getting killed.” (Fox News)
