Bloomberg Drops Presidential Bid

Former New York Mayor and billionaire, Michael Bloomberg, withdrew from the presidential race after Super Tuesday.

Bloomberg announced early on Wednesday, he is ending his presidential campaign after failing to deliver expected results during Super Tuesday. While he was able to obtain some of the delegates in six states, his only win was in the U.S. territory of American Samoa.

Despite having spent millions out of his own pocket to fund his own campaign, he has decided to back down from the race and endorse the democratic candidate Joe Biden in his tight battle against democratic socialist Bernie Sanders.
